Has it been difficult for you to get started on your weight loss due to your daily life getting in the way? How about an all-inclusive, medically-supervised intensive fitness and weight loss vacation weekend in the mountains? We are spending an extended weekend in the beautiful mountains of Sussex County, NJ at the Crystal Springs Resort. All participants will be medically screened and will be immersed in all they need to jump-start their weight loss and journey to improved health. The accommodations are beautiful; the surroundings are serene.
There will be daily stretching, hikes, and classes for aerobic and resistance exercises. You will have the opportunity to learn activities you’ve always wanted to like tennis, swimming, yoga, golf and more. Dr. Hickey will be doing the medical evaluations and risk factor analysis and gauging your progress. She will also be giving lunchtime talks on various health topics relevant to the group. Our motivational coach, Bianca Ramos, will be there throughout the week to encourage insight and help you develop new habits for lasting change. She will be presenting topics on time management, goal setting and more.
You will also learn from Crystal Springs’ renowned chefs, who will teach you the techniques of healthy cooking. They will also be preparing your meals, with ingredients from their on-site gardens and local farms.
On the last day you also have the option to indulge yourself at Minerals’ Elements Spa and celebrate your progress with a makeover!

We will be offering free blood pressure screenings and a free meet and greet with Amanda Arlauskas (America's Choice) from last season's NBC'c Biggest Loser. Amanda will autograph her souvenir photo.
